Overview

Position Overview: Join our dynamic team where you will help shape and lead the overall strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Chase’s Owned Channels, which is responsible for driving significant digital account acquisition and revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to help build the future of digital marketing for our credit card portfolio, optimize customer journeys, and influence firm-wide strategic priorities.

As a Vice President on our Card Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering strong acquisition performance and managing ambitious annual targets, while continuously identifying and implementing innovative testing and optimization initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive incremental account growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the acquisition marketing strategy for Chase Owned Channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics and Operations to identify opportunities to maximize and grow card acquisitions
  • Partner closely with Data & Analytics to drive marketing decisions and optimize digital performance
  • Lead site optimization and testing strategy roadmap to improve funnel conversion rates
  • Present performance updates and future-state strategies to senior leadership to influence prioritization decisions
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of direct reports and associates
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably with expertise in acquisitions
  • Strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
  • Demonstrates strong data-driven decision-making skills, while also being a creative problem-solver
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize initiatives, and mentor talent
