Job description

Reporting to our Manager of Design Services (Associate Creative Director), you will bring brands to life across e-commerce, digital, social, and content environments as part of an in-house agency. You will play a hands-on role in brand building by creating original visual assets that support marketing initiatives, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to execute creative work with consistency, precision, and a strong attention to detail while staying current on emerging creative tools and technologies.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Bring established brand systems to life across retail, shopper, digital, and social touchpoints.
  • Create original, on-brand assets and illustrations that support campaign ideas and visual storytelling.
  • Execute creative direction with consistency and strong attention to detail.
  • Design adaptable campaign toolkits that scale effectively across channels.
  • Translate concepts into clean, production-ready files.
  • Execute retail displays, shopper assets, and digital advertising.
  • Support photography and video shoots from preparation through on-set collaboration.
  • Assist in art directing content initiatives.
  • Create digital and social assets, including basic motion graphics and video edits.
  • Manage timelines responsibly and collaborate cross-functionally on projects.
  • Stay curious about motion, video tools, and emerging creative technologies, including generative artificial intelligence.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • 2+ years of design or art direction experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, thoughtful creative problem solving, and multi-channel execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing for digital and social platforms using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and similar applications.
  • Comfort participating on camera when concepts call for it and contributing to a creator-forward content environment.
  • Support and execute basic content photoshoots (photography skills preferred; training will be provided).
  • Passion for brand design, particularly within food and consumer packaged goods.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and the importance of consistency across touchpoints.

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
