Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of video and film adaptation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined budgets and timelines. This role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional client management abilities, and a thorough understanding of post-production workflows.

The ideal candidate has experience coordinating video production in a fast-paced, international environment, ideally within a creative or advertising agency. They must be confident managing multiple stakeholders, communicating across time zones, and collaborating with internal and external teams, including Traffic, Sound, Motion Design, and Finance. A strong grasp of scheduling, cost estimation, and quality assurance is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating briefs into actionable plans and overseeing execution from start to finish.
  • Manage all film and video adaptation requests within a set budget, assessing available resources and estimating costs.
  • Organize and lead the full post-production process in collaboration with internal departments such as Traffic, Sound, Motion Design, and Finance.
  • Liaise with external partners for casting, recording sessions, and video broadcasting schedules.
  • Receive, clarify, and analyze client requests to define clear project scopes.
  • Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and manage the financial workflow including purchase orders, tracking, and billing.
  • Monitor project progress, lead regular production meetings, and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure deliverables meet technical and client expectations.
  • Oversee asset management, including versioning and archiving, to maintain an efficient production pipeline.
  • Manage client feedback, update documentation, and ensure alignment across revisions and change requests.
  • Advise clients and teams on post-production optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work effectively across multiple markets and time zones, ensuring coordination with global teams.
  • Manage, support, and motivate team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Demonstrate leadership by proactively resolving risks, managing issues, and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar coordination role within a creative, media, or advertising environment.
  • Familiarity with advertising, graphic design, print, or video production is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated expertise in scheduling, requirements analysis, cost estimation, and financial management (e.g., billing, PO tracking).
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
