Purpose

The Creative Manager supports HC3 marketing efforts by designing and producing high-quality creative assets that bring campaigns to life and reinforce a consistent brand experience. This role contributes to marketing performance by improving the speed and scalability of creative production, translating strategy into effective deliverables, and ensuring consistent execution across all channels.


Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Creative Asset Development - Design and produce high-quality visual assets across campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, digital channels, and event materials.
  • Campaign Creative Execution - Translate marketing strategies and messaging into effective creative concepts and deliver polished assets from concept through delivery.
  • Brand Standards and Consistency - Establish, maintain, and enforce consistent brand standards across all marketing and customer facing materials.
  • Creative Systems and Scalability - Develop templates, reusable assets, and structured processes to improve efficiency and scalability of creative output.
  • Resource Coordination and Quality Management - Coordinate external creative resources as needed while maintaining ownership of design quality, execution, and final deliverables.

Education, Experience, and Certifications Required

  • Experience with core design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with AI design tools (image generation, creative automation)

Travel

This role requires occasional travel for conferences, events, and on-site visits.

Physical Demand

This role requires extended computer use while sitting or standing. Additional tasks may include handling, organizing, and preparing materials for events and conferences.


Position Type and Expected Hours

This is a full-time position for at least 40 hours per week. Work hours may vary based on project timelines and event schedules.
