Job description

Gupta Media was founded over 25 years ago on the idea that advertising could create huge leverage in our clients' businesses. Our work initially focused on the entertainment industry, specifically live events and recorded music (SXSW, Sony Music, Universal Music, and Disney Music Group are all clients). We have grown to include global brands (Amazon, Sophia Learning), major sports franchises (X Games, Florida Panthers, Washington Commanders, Cleveland Cavaliers, Women's Tennis Association), as well as public sector institutions (City of Boston, Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism).
Gupta Media is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to play a vital role on our Agency Ops Team. Working at the intersection of Media, Creative, and Finance, this role is essential to the seamless management and implementation of digital media campaigns. You will assist with the logistics from workflow coordination and creative asset management to project timelines and invoicing.
If you live by your color-coded calendar, thrive in fast-paced environments, and find genuine satisfaction in mastering a dynamic and ever-evolving set of priorities, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
  • Assist in trafficking inbound campaign requests, coordinating team resources, and prioritizing projects to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations;
  • Work with internal teams and external clients to ensure all briefs, materials, and creative assets are received, organized, and distributed correctly;
  • Partner with Media and Creative teams to ensure action items are completed on time, helping to resolve issues as projects move toward the finish line;
  • Coordinate with Media to help source and manage influencers across social platforms;
  • Review creative assets to meet technical specifications and perform QA to ensure quality delivery;
  • Participate in client calls and help track upcoming projects, needs, and opportunities;
  • Support budgeting and invoicing in partnership with Finance; track POs and link billable tasks within internal dashboards;
  • Assist with internal needs, including meeting facilitation, reporting, and training.

What you need:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 required; past internship or professional experience in media, campaign management, or digital marketing is highly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of responsiveness
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with exceptional attention to detail
  • Understanding of paid media platforms and media/creative workflow
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
