Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities including light coding, data analysis and management, developing partnership and relationships, gathering and translating requirements, coordinating with technical teams, communicating progress updates, managing stakeholder expectations, overseeing financial tracking, evaluating and prioritizing backlog refinement, facilitating problem-solving, and driving process improvements.   • Lead cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and translate detailed functional and non-functional requirements, effectively facilitating communication between business and technical teams while nurturing stakeholder partnerships.
  • Perform value assessment, set prioritization criteria, and execute iterative backlog refinement leveraging project management tools.

  • Apply data-driven decision-making techniques to optimize project deliverables and enhance team performance.

  • Manage project financials by proactively monitoring budgets, forecasting resource needs, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives to maximize value and cost efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in and attending school, pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/Technology, Information Technology, Security or another relevant computer and technical program with expected graduation by August 2027.
  • Completion of the 2026 Lilly technology summer internship or spring fellowship.

  • Prior experience using AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, automation tools, or AI-assisted research/analytics tools) in an academic, project, or work setting.
  • Solid skills in technical problem analysis and solving.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$82,000 (Bachelors) - $100,000 (Masters)
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
