Job description

hackajob is collaborating with PrizePicks to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.

At PrizePicks, we are the fastest-growing sports company in North America, as recognized by Inc. 5000. As the leading platform for Daily Fantasy Sports, we cover a diverse range of sports leagues, including the NFL, NBA, and Esports titles like League of Legends and Counter-Strike. Our team of over 550 employees thrives in an inclusive culture that values individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their level of sports fandom. Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together?

What you’ll do:

  • Own the Experimentation Roadmap: You will drive the end-to-end experimentation strategy for deposit and withdrawal UI/UX — from identifying friction points and forming hypotheses to designing tests, analyzing results, and shipping winning variants. Your roadmap will be the team's north star for how we make payments flow better.
  • Dig Into User Behavior: You will partner with Design and UX Research to surface pain points across deposit and withdrawal flows through session replays, funnel analysis, and user interviews. You will translate qualitative and quantitative signals into clearly scoped, high-impact product improvements.
  • Ship Product Improvements: You will write detailed product requirements and user stories, shepherd work through design review and engineering, and coordinate with Payments Operations and Compliance to ensure new experiences meet regulatory and risk requirements — all the way through QA and launch.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: You will act as the connective tissue between Design, Engineering, Data Science, Payments Operations, and Marketing on all things deposit and withdrawal UX. You will communicate experiment results and roadmap priorities clearly to stakeholders across levels.

What You Have:

  • Early-career product experience: 1–3 years in product management, product analytics, UX, growth, or a related field. Internships and rotational programs count.
  • Analytical foundation: You are comfortable in data tools (e.g.  Amplitude, Tableau, or similar) and can construct a coherent, compelling narrative from messy data.
  • Experimentation fluency: You understand A/B testing principles — statistical significance, sample sizing, guardrail metrics — and the difference between a well-designed experiment and a noisy one.
  • Clear communication: You write and speak with precision. You can translate complex findings into crisp, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • User empathy: You are genuinely curious about why people do what they do in a product, and you champion the user perspective even when it creates friction.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or consumer financial products
  • Exposure to regulated industries (financial services, gaming, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Figma for collaborating on UX design
  • Experience with daily fantasy sports, sports betting, or consumer mobile apps

Where you’ll live:

  • This is a hybrid position based at our PrizePicks headquarters in Atlanta, GA, requiring 3 days per week in the office #LI-Hybrid

Benefits you’ll receive:

In addition to your great compensation package, full-time employees will be eligible for the following perks:

  • Company-subsidized medical, dental, & vision plans
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Annual bonus
  • Flexible PTO to encourage a healthy work/life balance (2 weeks STRONGLY encouraged!)
  • Generous paid leave programs, including 16-week paid parental leave and disability benefits
  • Workplace flexibility and modern work schedules focused on getting the job done, not hours clocked
  • Company-wide in-person events and team outings
  • Lifestyle enhancement program
  • Company equipment provided (Windows & Mac options)
  • Annual performance reviews with opportunities for growth and career development

You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.  We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

PrizePicks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
