Location & Schedule: This is a part-time 10 to 16 hour/week position with at least one 5-hour day per week in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Corporate Communications Intern in Needham, MA. In this role, you'll help support how SharkNinja communicates across internal and external channel. This is an exciting opportunity for a student with strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and an interest in corporate communications. As a part-time Corporate Communications Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders while contributing to impactful communication initiatives.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:

  • Assist in the development and execution of campaigns and events in support of SharkNinja's culture moments and corporate brand initiatives
  • Maintain and update editorial calendars and contact lists to ensure coordination across communications channels
  • Manage and optimize corporate communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, digital signage) to maximize reach and engagement
  • Draft content for internal and external channels (e.g., newsletters, social posts, intranet stories, executive briefs, recaps, presentations, website)
  • Track and report on engagement metrics to measure effectiveness of communications efforts
  • Help coordinate logistics for communications activations, both in-person and virtual
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications
  • Support multimedia content creation (photos, videos, event recaps) to enhance storytelling

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Education: Current student in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program
  • Must be able to work a part-time 10 to 16 hour/week position with at least one 5-hour day per week in Needham, MA
  • Has taken coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or social media tools is a plus
