About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant to join the Marketing Delivery team within Card Product Capabilities. This role is responsible for transforming marketing strategy into seamless customer-facing campaigns across digital, email, mobile, direct mail, and servicing channels. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver complex marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement while meeting regulatory and control requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the execution of large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through launch and post-launch validation.
  • Translate business objectives and marketing strategies into actionable delivery plans, requirements, timelines, and execution activities.
  • Partner across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver high-quality customer communications.
  • Drive audience targeting, segmentation, personalization, testing strategies, and campaign implementation.
  • Utilize campaign performance data, customer insights, and operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve future results
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, approvals, and quality control processes to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that strengthen marketing operations, governance, scalability, and delivery efficiency
  • Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and decisions to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Influence without direct authority and drive accountability across a complex matrix organization.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leading end-to-end marketing campaign delivery across digital, email, mobile, direct mail, or customer engagement channels.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign lifecycle management, audience segmentation, personalization, testing, deployment, and performance measurement
  • Experience using campaign metrics such as response rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and A/B testing results to drive optimization.
  • Ability to analyze customer and campaign data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and drive results through partnerships and influence.
  • Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services, banking, fintech, insurance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Aprimo, Jira, Fiserv, or similar technologies
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
