???? What Youโll Do
As an Electrical Design Engineer, youโll support project execution and grow into full ownership of electrical controls projects.
Youโll:
- Assist in electrical controls design across a variety of projects
- Develop electrical control systems and panel layouts
- Support PLC, HMI, and robot programming across multiple platforms
- Assist with project documentation and electrical standards
- Support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting (onsite and remote)
- Work closely with fabrication, mechanical, and engineering teams
- Develop troubleshooting skills on live equipment
- Provide support for systems designed by senior engineers
- Gradually take on increasing project responsibility over time
???? What Weโre Looking For
- 2+ years of electrical controls or manufacturing engineering experience (or strong internship/co-op experience)
- Exposure to PLC, HMI, or robotics programming (school or work)
- Basic understanding of electrical control systems and panel design
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a factory/job shop environment
- Ability to travel ~25% (primarily U.S.)
Education:
- Bachelorโs degree in Electrical Engineering OR
- Associateโs degree with 2+ years of manufacturing experience
