This is a full-time onsite leadership opportunity for an experienced automation professional who excels at leading engineering teams, delivering industrial automation projects, and driving continuous operational improvements within a manufacturing environment.The selected candidate will oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of control systems while mentoring engineers, managing technical projects, and ensuring manufacturing equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Controls Engineers
  • Manage controls engineering projects from concept through implementation and startup
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and engineering resources
  • Direct the design, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of industrial automation systems
  • Integrate and optimize PLCs, HMIs, SCADA platforms, and related automation technologies
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical controls and automation issues while minimizing production downtime
