Chemours is seeking a North America Stationary OEM Inside Sales Rep to join our Stationary HVACR team. This position will report directly to the NA Stationary OEM and Aftermarket Sales Leader and will be part of the Commercial Rotational Program.

Primarily responsible for selling and maintaining Opteon and Freon branded refrigerant sales to new accounts and expanding business sales to existing accounts. Works independently within an assigned customer base (Stationary OEM). Manages all aspects of the selling process. Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the segment. Manages and builds relationships with existing customers. Identifies and establishes relationships with new customers.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage demand forecasting processes across all stationary OEM accounts to support strategic planning, capacity management, and resource allocation.

  • Oversee pricing processes across products and geographies, driving strategic pricing decisions aligned with commercial objectives and market dynamics.

  • Support strategic global account plans for major customers to drive long-term growth and partnership alignment.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement plant sites, forecasters, Procurement (as needed) at key stationary OEM accounts, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Johnson Controls (JCI), AAON, and others.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Chemours (Product, Supply Chain, Demand Planning etc.) to ensure superior customer satisfaction through effective internal coordination, issue resolution, and proactive communication.

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Chemours' value proposition and competitive differentiation, proactively positioning the company versus alternative solutions.

  • Leverage market and industry expertise to position Chemours as the preferred supplier of sustainable HVACR refrigerants.

  • Participate in the global account review process and develop and deliver strategic, data-driven presentations to the TSS senior leadership team.

The following is required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Technical degree or a related field.

  • Strong analytical. communication, and relationship building skills.

  • Eagerness to learn, with an interest in commercial functions and business strategy.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

The following is preferred for this role:
