Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy services to clients, employing established psychotherapy techniques tailored to their individual needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive client files and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process for interns, aligning with the organization's growth and service goals.
  • Attending program and agency meetings, as well as engaging in ongoing training to remain informed about best practices.
  • Prepare and submit programmatic and other reports as requested by the clinical director, ensuring data integrity.
  • Utilize the AWARDS electronic health record system to maintain accurate and timely data entry for all client interactions.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment events aimed at attracting trainees and interns to the facility.
  • Facilitate training and workshops for interns and university partnerships, promoting adherence to evolving federal, state, and county regulations.
  • Conduct intern performance evaluations and prepare the necessary documentation to foster professional development.
  • Provide clinical consultation to staff and interns, both in crisis and non-crisis situations, ensuring quality support at all levels.
  • Ensure that the home office environment is orderly, promptly reporting any technical issues to the management team.
  • Participate in monitoring clinical program objectives, ensuring high standards in service delivery and compliance with policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults, children, and families struggling with emotional and social challenges. You will address various issues including substance use, family dynamics, and mental health disorders within a detox setting. This role requires sensitivity and understanding, as clients may be facing significant life changes and challenges.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.
  • Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is necessary to fulfill the role.
  • Experience and comfort providing remote telehealth services.
  • Reliable internet connection and the ability to work from a home office setup.
  • Must be currently residing in the United States to ensure compliance with state regulations.
