THE POSITION

Join our team as a Clinical Performance and Safety Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care and ensuring the highest standards of safety within our healthcare environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance improvement strategies, conduct safety audits, and analyze clinical data to drive excellence in patient outcomes. Your expertise will be integral in fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, making a meaningful impact on the well-being of our patients and staff.  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN preferred. LPN, CMA from an AAMA accredited program or emergency medical technician- Paramedic may be considered.  Minimum of three years’ experience in a physician practice. Proficient in EHR, CPOE entry, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
