Overview

As a Staff Consultant for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Boston, MA office, you will work with project teams to create permitting and construction plans, earth disturbance permit applications, and municipal zoning and land development applications for our commercial, industrial, energy, institutional, and residential clients. From port facilities to multi-family housing and distribution centers to retail shopping centers, you'll take part in designing site layouts and grading, erosion and sedimentation controls, storm water management facilities, and site utilities. You will work with Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to execute projects, and you will have the opportunity to interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials. You will be a part of the project team that impacts the whole project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction, all the way to the grand opening.
