  1. JOB SUMMARY:This role will assist in setting up for weekly worship, events, and other opportunities requiring production support. This role will be required to serve as technician for many production events. This role will also be the primary person responsible for managing production storage spaces, and maintain production and worship equipment in our various venues.
  1. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Focus with Production
    • Provide support for all set changes, load ins and load outs for special events, and worship mission trips.
    • Maintain rooms and systems A/V equipment
    • Serve as a technician on Sundays as assigned.
    • Assist with event prep and serve as primary technician for small and mid-level events.
  • Focus with Room and Equipment Management
  • Maintain backstage and production storage spaces, and prep venues for Sunday worship as directed by Audio and Lighting directors.
  • Assist with maintaining lighting and audio production equipment. This includes making sure equipment is put away in proper places after Sundays and events and maintaining correct gear inventories in the various venues.
  • Manage church owned band equipment. Work with worship staff to ensure equipment is maintained and broken equipment is repaired. This includes keeping inventory of where equipment is used/stored and setting it up and tearing it down in various venues as needed.
  • General Responsibilities
    • Participate in Worship programming & Event Planning.
    • Work with Production Director & Worship Pastor on needs as requested
    • Attend all required staff meetings.

  1. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years' experience with ProPresenter and DMX control systems preferred

  • Ability to lift up and carry 50 or more pounds
  • Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
  • Physically able to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
