You will work in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Spokane, Washington, a vibrant city known for its rich natural resources and thriving community. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patient histories, performing relevant assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment protocols clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in goal setting and care decisions.
• Implement treatment strategies proficiently within evolving healthcare protocols while adapting to each patient's unique presentation and condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, addressing any changes in patient conditions that may necessitate modifications to care plans or referrals to specialists.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment processes accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing a clear narrative of care progression from initial evaluation to discharge.
• Exhibit effective time management practices to meet productivity targets while maintaining timeliness for meetings and documentation deadlines.
• Participate actively in departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and exceeding regulatory expectations.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities that foster professional development and competency for both yourself and the organization.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing efforts to enhance patient accessibility and awareness.

Our facility caters to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those managing chronic pain, and clients looking to enhance their physical performance. Our approach is centered on individualized care based on thorough assessments, with a strong emphasis on rehabilitation techniques that facilitate faster recovery and better health outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is mandatory.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred but not required.

While prior work experience is not required for this role, candidates with internships or clinical rotations in outpatient physical therapy settings will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and rehabilitation documentation procedures is a bonus.
