Airrosti

San Antonio, TX

$69K - $84K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 16 days ago

Job description

Airrosti is offering a unique Chiropractic Preceptorship designed for students in the final stages of their Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program. This immersive opportunity provides hands-on exposure to our evidence-based treatment model and serves as a potential pathway for top performers to become a full-time Airrosti Certified Provider (ACP) upon graduation and licensure (subject to clinic availability).

As a Preceptor, you’ll participate in our ACP training program, which combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical activities. You will also work alongside experienced ACPs in a clinical setting, gaining real-world experience in patient evaluation, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction and functional taping. You’ll actively participate in helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries by learning and applying the Airrosti treatment model. This experience bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

  • Learn and implement functional rehabilitation protocols directly with patients, including therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and recovery strategies.

  • Gain experience with Airrosti’s evidence-based care model, including manual therapy, taping techniques, and active patient engagement.

  • Participate in clinical discussions, team meetings, and day-to-day care delivery.

  • Support the operational flow of the clinic under ACP supervision.

  • Receive mentorship and feedback to strengthen your clinical, interpersonal, and practice-management skills.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in the final year (or final term) of an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program we are partnered with and eligible for clinical based internship.

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).

  • Strong interest in hands-on, evidence-based musculoskeletal care and functional rehab.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate about patient-centered care and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Eager to pursue a career as a full-time ACP upon graduation and licensure.

Why Choose Airrosti:

  • Early Access to Training: Preceptors receive early entry into our five-week ACP training program.

  • Hands-On Experience: Gain real-world experience applying functional rehab and manual therapy under direct mentorship.

  • Ongoing Support: Work closely with experienced ACPs and our clinical support team to build confidence and competence.

  • Future Employment Opportunity: Successful Preceptors are considered for full-time ACP positions.

Ready to take the next step toward a rewarding chiropractic career? Apply now to join Airrosti’s Chiropractic Preceptorship and gain the clinical skills and support you need to thrive as a potential ACP in the future.
