Job description

Our client seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of advanced power electronics solutions across traction inverters, motor drives, on-board chargers, and HV/LV DC/DC platforms. This role owns the system-level technical direction from clean-sheet concept through production-ready hardware in safety-critical electrified systems.
The Chief Engineer serves as the final technical authority for power electronics architectures, controls, functional safety, and EMC, and provides governance across multiple concurrent programs. The role combines deep hands-on engineering credibility with customer-facing leadership, supporting RFQs, technical proposals, and strategic technology roadmaps.
Ideal candidates bring extensive experience delivering high-voltage, high-power power electronics into production, deep expertise in SiC/IGBT/GaN-based systems, and a proven record of leading complex, multidisciplinary programs in regulated environments. Strong judgment, technical gravitas, and the ability to influence OEM and Tier-1 stakeholders are essential.
