Job Summary

Levy is looking to grow our event day Sports & Entertainment intern team for the 2026 season at Soldier Field-home to the Chicago Bears, Chicago Fire, and major concerts and events. This program offers unmatched exposure to largescale event operations, hospitality, and venue management at one of Chicago's most iconic venues. 

Position Overview

We're seeking enthusiastic undergraduate or graduate students majoring in Sports & Entertainment Management, Hospitality, or related fields to join us as Sports & Entertainment Assistants. This is a paid, handson internship offering real experience at Soldier Field.

This is an excellent fit for students who are looking for an event-based/part-time internship that would fit with their class schedule and for students attending a local or nearby college who can easily commute to the stadium.


Key Responsibilities

  • Event Day Operations:
    Support checkin/checkout for employees, nonprofits, subcontractors, and temporary event staff.
  • Operational Support:
    Assist with event setup, troubleshooting, and general operational needs to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Learning & Development:
    Build a strong understanding of event operations and hospitality through handson experience in a live venue environment.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Current undergraduate or graduate student in Sports & Entertainment Management, Hospitality, Business, or related fields. (Graduating seniors welcome.)
  • Skills:
    Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Availability:
    Must be available for fullstadium, ticketed events (Bears games and concerts).
  • Interest:
    Genuine enthusiasm for sports, entertainment, hospitality, and live event operations.
