Job Description
StickOutSocial is looking for a Project Manager who is organized, friendly, and self-motivated to manage Application Development projects and work with our in-house Design & Development teams. This Project Manager will be responsible for managing medium to large sized projects from requirements definition to launch. If you love to problem solve, work with clients, and want to join a dynamic team within a growing company then this position is for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee multiple application development projects simultaneously
  • Manage all aspects of the project from requirements definition to post-implementation support
  • Active management of project scope
  • Monitor & report status and progress of projects to Project & Development Management
  • Provide technical architecture leadership in relation to new project discovery, design, development, and deployment
  • Assist in preparation of technical information in response to proposals
  • Serve as main point of contact for Application maintenance & support clients
  • Work with StickOutSocial's management team to refine & grow the Application Development Department

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills to work with client and in-house designers & developers
  • Solid technical understanding of application development and web technologies
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Logical and analytical approach to critical thinking and problem solving
  • Understanding of data structure methodologies, technologies, and standards
  • Good people person with a positive attitude
  • Collaborative team player
  • Supremely organized and able to work under tight deadlines; time management skills are essential
  • Always eager to learn more
