Job description

Network Engineer (CCNA / CCNP)
Overview

A financial services organization is seeking an Network Engineer to support and enhance its enterprise network infrastructure across corporate and branch environments.
This is a hands-on role focused on managing network performance, supporting infrastructure initiatives, and contributing to security and segmentation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support WAN, LAN, and wireless network environments
  • Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Support branch connectivity and onsite network installations
  • Monitor network health and perform system audits
  • Maintain documentation, policies, and standards
  • Support network security, segmentation, and access control initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure projects

Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of network engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and TCP/IP networking
  • Experience with Cisco technologies (SD-WAN, switching, ISE)
  • Hands-on experience with network infrastructure
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • CCNA (required) / CCNP (preferred)
  • Experience with DDI tools (Infoblox)
  • Experience with enterprise wireless (e.g., Meraki)
  • Exposure to scripting or automation
  • Experience in regulated industries

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000
  • Position is eligible for an annual bonus
  • Benefits include medical, dental and vision

Work Environment
  • Hybrid (3-4 days onsite | fully onsite next year)
  • Travel required across regional branches
  • Hands-on, collaborative engineering team
