Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Rehabilitation

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation program. In this role, the RN will deliver evidence-based care to individuals recovering from cardiac incidents and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor telemetry readings.
  • Administer medications and respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions.
  • Develop personalized exercise and educational plans tailored to each patient.
  • Provide coaching on modifying risk factors to enhance patient health.
