Position Type: Part-Time or Internship (Flexible Hours)
About Us
D1 Training Falls Church is a premier athletic performance facility dedicated to helping athletes and adults train with purpose. We specialize in strength training, speed development, injury prevention, and return-to-sport performance. We’re looking for a creative, motivated individual who is passionate about fitness, sports, and storytelling to help elevate our brand and showcase the incredible work happening inside our facility.
Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content during training sessions, classes, and events.
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, YouTube etc.).
  • Assist with content planning and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
  • Write captions that reflect the D1 Falls Church voice and brand.
  • Work alongside the Director of Strength & Conditioning to execute marketing campaigns and promote programs, events, and community initiatives.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas to increase engagement and grow our online presence.

Qualifications
  • Experience creating content for social media (personal or professional).
  • Comfortable filming in a fast-paced gym environment.
  • Proficiency with video editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Interest in sports, fitness, or athletics is strongly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications
  • Photography or videography experience.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
