Préparer les différents réactifs de l'usine. Décharger les livraisons à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur. Opérer un concasseur à mâchoires, un marteau hydraulique et l'usine de remblai en pâte. Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et fonctionnel. Collaborer avec les opérateurs de l'usine et les mécaniciens. Développer sa polyvalence grâce à de la formation selon les besoins opérationnels. Horaire 7 jours de travail – 7 jours de congé Alternance jour – nuit Quart de travail de 12 heures Détenir une formation en traitement du minerai ou posséder une expérience pertinente en usine de traitement (atout); Détenir un permis de conduire valide ainsi qu'un permis général d'explosifs valide; Démontrer un intérêt marqué pour le développement de ses compétences et être disposé à suivre les formations requises afin d'occuper différents postes aux opérations; Être en mesure d'opérer un chariot élévateur et un pont roulant ou être disposé à obtenir les formations nécessaires; Démontrer un engagement constant envers la santé et la sécurité au travail et être en mesure de travailler de façon autonome; Posséder une bonne condition physique et être capable de travailler debout pendant de longues périodes; Posséder de bonnes habiletés en communication et être en mesure de partager efficacement ses idées et ses observations; Être en mesure de travailler dans des environnements variés, notamment bruyants, chauds ou froids; Être apte à porter un équipement de protection respiratoire et à effectuer des travaux en espaces clos; Démontrer un bon esprit d'équipe, de la polyvalence et une attitude collaborative.
