Business Analyst – Secret 

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst – Plans, Reports, and Documentation to support Cyber Primes  cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Seaside, CA and Alexandria, VA

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain complete and current order documentation and support preparation of required plans, reports, and work artifacts.
  • Develop and maintain the Risk Management Plan addressing cost, schedule, technical, project, program, security, operations, and technology risks.
  • Document risks in the Government-approved risk management system and support weekly risk reviews with appropriate Government staff.
  • Support meeting summaries and trip reports, including activity summaries, action items, travel purpose, and required receipts.
  • Compile accurate status information for project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, corrective actions, personnel status, and Government actions.
  • Serve as an interface with Government and contractor stakeholders to analyze business and reporting needs, document requirements, and coordinate procedures and communications.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be U.S. Citizen
  • A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
  • Business Analyst I requires a BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field and a minimum of four years of experience.
  • Business Analyst II requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and ten years of experience.

Compensation Range: 

  • The anticipated salary range the Employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is $78,000 to $105,000 annually.
