Other qualifications include enthusiasm, decision making skills, strong oral and written communication skills, productive team member, flexible, and collaboration skill. Must be professional and organized.
DUTIES:
* Provide individualized support for student at the host business worksite rotation or competitive job which includes: job coaching, building natural supports, identifying job accommodations, assistive technology, etc.* Perform specific job analysis, task analysis, and job matching activities.*Train students in the areas of grooming, hygiene, communication, interviewing, and behavior as they relate to successful employment. * Communicate with Project SEARCH/TRANSTIONS instructorS to make final decisions regarding any issues that may affect student success at a worksite rotation or competitive job site.
