• Negotiation ability: Useappropriate interpersonalskills and communication methods toestablisheffective relationships with third parties, including government agencies, landowners, and partner company representatives to negotiate the agreements and documentation necessary for oil and gas development.

• Planning and organizational ability:Demonstratethe ability to set priorities and guide yourself and others to ensuretimelyand efficient completion of work.

• Team-oriented mindset: Collaborate effectively within team settings and contribute to cross-functional initiatives to address business challenges.

• Contract interpretation, drafting, and problem solving: Review third-party contracts to ensure they align with company standards, and draft agreements that effectively support businessobjectiveswhileremainingacceptable to external stakeholders.Analyze complex title opinions and chain-of-title documents to determine appropriate next steps.

Compensation & Benefits

Theanticipatedsalary range for this positiondepends on the role.The selected candidate's monthly or hourly compensation will bedeterminedbased on theirselected role, degreeleveland academicyear.

As an intern, you will receive the following benefits:
