Perfect Game Triangle is seeking a new Event Operations Intern for our fall season!
ABOUT PERFECT GAME
Perfect Game (PG) first opened for business over 20 years ago. Since then, Perfect Game has continued to grow and expand throughout the United States.
Our mission is to promote the game of baseball now and in the future by hosting the highest quality amateur baseball events while providing meaningful opportunities and information to players, families, MLB organizations, college coaches and fans. Perfect Game is the premier provider of amateur baseball events, hosting both travel team tournaments and individual player showcases throughout the country. Our online database, scouting reports and player rankings have proven to be a valuable resource for all college coaches and MLB scouts.

ROLE:
PG Triangle is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual for the Operations Intern aka Assistant Event Coordinator position. In this role, you will provide essential in-person and remote support to help ensure the smooth operation of events and overall efficiency of regional management. You will provide direct support to the PG Triangle director.
As an Operations Intern, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day logistics and behind-the-scenes operations of Perfect Game events. This role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assisting the PG Triangle tournament director with gathering information pertinent to running successful events
  • Team roster monitoring and player management
  • Assist with recruiting, managing, and scheduling DiamondKast workers
  • DiamondKast tech support
  • Social Media management
  • Provide administrative assistance in PG Triangle's satellite offices, but not limited to, answering phones and providing customer service, etc.
  • Assist with storage management
  • Assist with tracking, prepping, and distribution of awards and equipment
  • Work during the week and on weekends
  • May be required to assist neighboring markets on occasion
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive college credit and/or soon to be graduate/ recent graduate
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
