Responsibilities

florrent is looking for an Operations Intern with experience or interest in working in a professional team setting, supporting technical teams scaling hardware solutions and internal business processes, to help us support the commercial and technical development of our next-generation supercapacitors. In this role, you will

  • Support a small, interdisciplinary team to promote operational efficiencies in a growing organization

  • Develop and implement operational policy and processes

  • Work directly with the company’s leadership team to inform commercialization efforts

  • Research, analyze, and report on market data and insights

  • Support procurement and supply chain-related activities

  • Support project management activities

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a BS, MS, or MBA in Business/Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Management Information Systems or related fields

  • Excellent and proactive communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and task-driven behavioral skills

  • Proficiency with Google Suite products

  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Smartsheet, etc. is a plus

  • Experience in or knowledge of the energy storage industry

  • Passion for clean energy and sustainability

  • Massachusetts-based, or attending a Massachusetts university to qualify for the MassCEC Clean Energy Internship Program
