What is an Internship Baja Racing?

Internship Baja Racing positions are roles typically offered to students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in designing, building, and racing off-road vehicles as part of a collegiate Baja SAE team. Interns work closely with engineering teams to develop technical skills in areas like mechanical design, fabrication, testing, and project management. These internships provide valuable real-world experience and are often linked to university competitions where teams race their custom-built vehicles against others. Participants often gain exposure to teamwork, problem-solving, and the automotive industry.
