We are a leading engineering company looking for a professional to join our team as an Electrical Engineer. In this position, you will design, implement, and ensure the reliable operation of electrical systems in automotive and industrial plants, contributing to efficient production and high-quality manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities:
  • Design and update electrical diagrams using CAE software tools such as EPLAN P8, AutoCAD, or similar platforms, ensuring adherence to project and client specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement of electrical materials, maintaining close communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Mechanical Engineering, PLC Programming, and Robotics, to ensure full integration of electrical systems.
  • Supervise the manufacturing and assembly of electrical cabinets, control panels, desks, and other electrical system components to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Provide start-up and installation support; assist during assembly phases to ensure proper setup, testing, and system functionality.
  • Monitor and support continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical systems.
  • Design and supervise industrial electrical installations.
  • Coordinate and supervise assemblers and manufacturing teams.
  • Apply fundamental PLC, industrial network, and pneumatic concepts.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with safety standards (PRL/Occupational Risk Prevention).

What will you need to succeed as an Electrical Engineer?
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical (Industrial) Engineering, Electricity, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in: MS Office, EPLAN P8 (including EPLAN Fluid), AutoCAD.
  • Intermediate English level (B2).
  • Strong analytical, communicative, and teamwork skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with focus on quality, innovation, and efficiency.
  • Availability to travel occasionally.
  • Valid authorization to work in the US.
