Your Impact
As a Marketing and Creative Services Intern, you will support Accelevation's marketing and creative services team through a variety of design, video production, content development, and brand-related initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, versatile individual who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will help create compelling visual content that supports marketing campaigns, employer branding, recruiting, internal communications, and business initiatives while developing valuable skills in creative production, storytelling, and brand management.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist with graphic design projects including social media content, web assets, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral
  • Support video production activities including filming, lighting, audio setup, editing, color correction, and basic motion graphics
  • Help maintain organized creative files, digital assets, brand resources, and project archives
  • Prepare equipment, materials, and content for photo shoots, video productions, meetings, and creative reviews
  • Assist with brainstorming, creative concept development, and campaign planning sessions
  • Support content creation initiatives across marketing, recruiting, communications, and branding efforts
  • Help ensure visual consistency and adherence to Accelevation brand standards
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc creative assignments as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business leaders to support organizational initiatives

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Film, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects preferred
  • Basic understanding of modern video production techniques, including composition, lighting, and audio capture
  • Basic understanding of video editing workflows and storytelling principles
  • Strong eye for visual design, typography, layout, and brand presentation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to accept feedback and work collaboratively with others
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
  • Portfolio or demo reel showcasing design and/or video work required

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Employees must be able to communicate effectively and work in office, production, and manufacturing environments. This role requires the ability to transport and set up video production equipment, cameras, lighting, and related creative tools.
