Overview

VTG is seeking an Associate Logistics and Provisioning Analysts to support the AN/SQQ-89(V) USW Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hamton Roads, VA. These entry-level positions execute provisioning database tasks, stock number research, and supply support data management under the direction of senior ILS staff.ย 


What will you do?
  • Perform FLIS screening and file change requests for AN/SQQ-89 spare parts and consumables
  • Execute stock number research and NSN data entry in ICAPS-CS under senior oversight
  • Maintain APL/AEL data and support supply support database updates
  • Assist with inventory management functions and warehouse support at OSR locations
  • Support data calls with data compilation and format preparation
  • Maintain ILS tracking spreadsheets and action item logs
  • Coordinate document uploads to iPDM and configuration management tracking systems
  • Assist in preparation of ILS audit materials and data packages

Do you have what it takes?
  • Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
  • 0 to 5 years of logistics, supply chain, or Navy ILS experience
  • Familiarity with Navy supply systems (FLIS, OMMS-NG, ICAPS-CS) preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with data entry in structured database environments
  • Navy veteran with logistics rating (SK, AK, LS, or equivalent) or DOD supply experience a plus

*Position contingent upon contract award*

VTGโ€™s estimated starting pay range is $38,000-$83,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
