Job description

The Shelton Public Schools has vacancies for INSTRUCTIONAL TUTORS - MATHEMATICS (Three Positions)
Position Locations:  Perry Hill School, Shelton Intermediate School and Shelton High School
The Instructional Tutor - Mathematics will provide targeted academic interventions within a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS).  The tutor will deliver evidence-based instruction in small groups and individual settings, supports progress monitoring systems and collaborates with instructional staff to ensure students receive timely, data-driven intervention.  Please see attached job description for the full outline of responsibilities.
Position Start Date:  Immediate
Hours:  25 Hours Per Week - Hours TBD
Candidate must hold minimum of Associate's Degree - CT Teacher Certification Preferred
Rate of Pay:  $22/Hour plus a monthly stipend of $250 September - June  (Pro-rated based on number of days worked per month.)
