The Opportunity

Our location in Columbus, Ohio, currently has an opportunity for an Associate Brand Manager - Healthcare Professional in our Nutrition Division.

Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands - including Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, and Glucerna - to help them get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest lives.

The Associate Brand Manager will lead key US Adult Nutrition Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing programs across brands including Ensure, Glucerna, and Juven. Responsibilities include ownership of HCP materials and inventory management, gratis and coupon strategy and execution, field sales force support, external engagement activities, business analytics, and reporting.

What You'll Work On

  • Lead HCP marketing operations and execution across the US Adult Nutrition portfolio, supporting Outpatient and Institutional sales teams.

  • Own HCP materials strategy and lifecycle management, including forecasting, inventory management, expiration monitoring, replenishment planning, and field communication.

  • Manage gratis and sampling programs, including volume planning, performance reporting, sales force allocation, HME Sampling Portal oversight, and optimization recommendations.

  • Lead coupon strategy and execution, including offer development, annual planning, volume forecasting, budget management, performance tracking, and field communications.

  • Develop and maintain HCP performance dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to Brand, Sales, and Leadership teams.

  • Support annual planning processes, RTB development, sales meetings, and ongoing business reviews through project management, timeline ownership, and presentation development.

  • Partner with Brand, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and external agencies to execute promotional programs and drive business objectives.

  • Lead conference and speaker program planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and customer engagement goals

  • Conduct ad hoc business analyses and develop executive-ready presentations to inform strategic decisions.

  • Own inside sales strategy and creative

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancement, resource digitization, and optimization of HCP marketing programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

  • 2-5 years of brand management, HCP sales or business analytics experience. Preferred experience in healthcare or food and beverage industry

  • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams

  • Strong drive and proven track record of consistent strong results

  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate obstacles to drive towards solutions and manage against timelines

  • Strategic thinking and ability to set vision and strategy while gaining buy in from all levels of leadership

  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • An ability to think strategically and develop annual plans and financial commitments

  • An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to changing customer and HCP needs

  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas; Intellectual curiosity

  • The ability to manage and allocate budgets

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with and an understanding of market research and data

  • Sales experience a plus
