Job Description:
Cydecor is seeking transitioning Active-Duty Service Members interested in exploring careers in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Workforce Planning, and Corporate Operations through the Department of War SkillBridge Program.
This hands-on internship provides military personnel with exposure to how a national security/defense contractor attracts, hires, and retains the highly skilled workforce that supports critical government missions. Participants will work directly alongside Cydecor's Talent Acquisition team while developing transferable business skills applicable to recruiting, HR, workforce planning, program management, operations, and business development careers.
This opportunity is ideal for military members who have experience leading teams, managing personnel, coordinating staffing requirements, conducting interviews, career counseling, training management, manpower planning, or workforce administration during their military service.
Upon successful completion, participants may be considered for future opportunities within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Operations, or other corporate functions based on organizational needs and individual performance.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position is an uncompensated SkillBridge internship. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.
