Join a well-established apparel company and bring your pattern-making expertise to a growing product development team. We're seeking an experienced Pattern Maker with a strong background in bras and intimate apparel.

What You'll Do:

✅ Create production patterns using Lectra
✅ Develop specs, Tech Packs, and sewing guidelines
✅ Review fit samples and make pattern corrections
✅ Collaborate with design and product development teams
✅ Ensure accurate grading, sizing, and garment construction

What We're Looking For:

✔️ 5+ years of pattern-making experience
✔️ Strong bra/intimate apparel experience required
✔️ Proficiency with Lectra and Microsoft Excel
✔️ Knowledge of garment fit, grading, and construction
✔️ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
