Location: 3118 Highway 45 N, Meridian, MS 39301

Contract: 6 Months

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AMI Operations & Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to support the operation, optimization, and integrity of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate metering data, reliable system performance, and regulatory compliance across utility operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AMI technologies, data management, and utility system integration.


Key Responsibilities

AMI System Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) including:
    • Smart meters
    • Communication networks
    • Data collection systems
    • Data storage platforms
  • Support meter deployment planning and coordination.
  • Monitor system health and performance metrics.

Master Data Management (MDM)

  • Maintain and manage master meter data including:
    • Meter IDs
    • Customer account information
    • Metadata and configuration details
  • Implement data validation and quality control processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze metering data to identify:
    • Anomalies
    • Usage trends
    • Optimization opportunities

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues.
