We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Video and Photography Specialist to support the development of visual content for our Medical business. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, capturing and editing high-quality video and photographic assets that align with brand standards and business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help create compelling visual communications that effectively convey key messages, support marketing and communication initiatives and enhance audience engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong creative capabilities with technical expertise and a commitment to delivering professional, high-impact content.
This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI office.
What you will do
• Help plan, organize, and create video and photography projects from beginning to end
• Create engaging photos and videos that clearly communicate key messages to employees, customers and other audiences
• Work with different teams to understand their needs and help bring their ideas to life through visual content
• Make sure all content follows company brand guidelines and is completed on schedule
• Review photos and videos to ensure they meet quality standards and reflect the company's brand
• Follow company policies, procedures, and industry requirements when creating and sharing content
• Look for ways to improve production processes, workflows, and the overall quality of visual content
What you need
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in media production, photography, film, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using cameras, lighting equipment, and basic production tools through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience
  • Familiarity with video editing and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, or similar tools)
  • Basic understanding of photography, videography, and visual storytelling principles

Preferred:
  • Minimum 1 year of professional and proven experience in video production and photography, including hands-on shooting and editing

United States of America Pay Ranges:
  • USN: $59,900 - $83,300 USD Annual

Travel Percentage: 30%
