Job description

Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) brings together the supply chain capabilities and technology that power Amazon.com's growth and extends them to other businesses delivering operational and retail innovation across Transportation, Warehousing & Distribution, Fulfillment, and Last-Mile Delivery.
Amazon Shipping is the parcel shipping service of ASCS, allowing selling partners to leverage Amazon's transportation network (first mile, middle mile, last mile) to deliver orders to end customers-for sales made on other sales channels or through their own website. Our EU Shipping team supports GTM, messaging, and sales enablement for Amazon Shipping across the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Spain, driving awareness and adoption among shippers throughout Europe.
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Amazon Shipping in the EU region. In this role, you will drive strategic GTM planning across four key European countries (UK, France, Italy, Spain), develop and deploy communications to target shipper audiences across multiple channels, and monitor adoption to identify opportunities for additional impact. You will develop deep expertise in the product and its capabilities, and turn that into the positioning and messaging for new features, pricing programs, or service expansion - defining who each offering is for, the value it delivers, and why it wins against alternatives. This is a high-impact role that requires you to work hand in glove with Product Managers, Engineers, Operators, Commercial teams, Finance partners, and parallel marketing organizations to bring meaningful value to shippers across Europe.
Our environment is fast-paced and innovative, and we are looking for a candidate who is flexible and thrives in ambiguity, excels in cross-functional influence and collaboration across geographies, and has the ability to think strategically while paying careful attention to detail.
Key job responsibilities
• Build a compelling go-to-market strategy for Amazon Shipping products and strategic programs across the EU (UK, France, Italy, Spain), driving shipper acquisition and volume growth
• Define priorities, roadmap, and operating plan to reach and exceed annual GTM goals for EU Shipping across domestic and regional parcel delivery offerings
• Lead GTM initiatives from strategy to execution in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial/Business Development, Finance, and the broader marketing team
• Deeply understand EU shippers and their needs across segments (SMB and Enterprise); ensure every marketing activity resonates with customers, creating meaningful engagement and driving adoption of Amazon Shipping services
• Partner with in-region Commercial and Product teams to align GTM strategy with local dynamics and shipper needs
• Develop KPIs to carefully manage and measure the impact of GTM campaigns and spend across all four EU countries
• Influence executive leaders through narratives, representing the EU Shipping marketing perspective in global planning forums
• Conduct regular campaign analysis to continuously improve processes, outputs, and ROI
• Navigate ambiguity, challenge skepticism, and take on the hardest problems, willing to fail in the name of learning what works best over the long term
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Demonstrated success in driving GTM strategy and execution for technical or service-based products.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using customer insights and performance data to drive decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, and/or relevant field of study such as computer science and/or cloud computing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- MBA
- Experience working cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from product management, engineering, testing, and marketing
- Experience marketing to B2B supply chain audiences in European countries (UK, France, Italy, Spain)
- Experience working with international teams across time zones and navigating multi-country launches simultaneously
- Familiarity with parcel delivery networks, last-mile logistics, or supply chain services
