This transformation requires making step changes in how we serve customers, thinking differently about legacy approaches that no longer serve us, running fast with a sense of urgency, and intensifying focus on critical topics that will deliver the most material improvements to customer experience. If you've wanted to challenge existing processes, propose end-to-end redesigns, or drive tooling and automation decisions that impact the entire organization, this is your opportunity.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of problems and question "that's how we've always done it."
Amazon is looking for Financial Manager to join the Amazon Customer Service Finance team as a key strategic partner. As a Finance Manager supporting the CS Finance organization you will:
- Manage multiple workstreams, executing parallel initiatives with autonomy, balancing subject matter expertise with horizontal collaboration across the team
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and independently deliver projects to scale, improve controllership, and create value-add enhancements
- Build key stakeholder relationships, establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with business teams, finance partners, and leadership to drive alignment and standardization of metric and reporting definitions
- Drive Process Improvements, contributing to the evolution of reporting and planning cycles by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and consistency.
- Develop scalable financial tools that align and simplify monthly business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and participate in team-wide educational efforts.
