Qorvo's Test Engineering Internships are offered in our Advanced Cellular, Connect & Sensor, Global Operations, and High Performance Analog business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Creating automated test software, using language similar to C, to control test equipment and execute test plans
  • Supporting RF fixture and/or probe card design activities including PCB design and layout, test socket design, and interface cabling design
  • Measuring product using test equipment like DC source/measure units, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and digital pattern generators
  • Processing, verifying, and analyzing the measured data; producing clear and concise presentations and reports
  • Documenting test system and software designs
  • Developing measurement automation using C++ and Microsoft C#.NET or NI Labview along with custom tools
  • Developing product interface fixture to probe the product using Altium Designer and Keysight ADS

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and Python
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-Starter with good communication skills
  • Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.
Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr - $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
