We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join a growing defense practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of litigation matters, work directly with clients, and develop expertise across multiple practice areas.

Evaluate liability, damages, and litigation strategy
Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Maintain clear and timely reporting to clients and stakeholders
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
Litigation experience preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Experience in workers' compensation, insurance defense, employment law, or general liability litigation is highly preferred
Diverse and sophisticated litigation practice
Exposure to a broad range of defense matters
