Job description

First, What We're Actually Doing
Suger helps revenue teams sell more effectively by simplifying the workflows required to buy and sell through cloud marketplaces. We make it easier for our customers to transact, manage, and grow deals across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba, Oracle and Snowflake, creating a smoother buying experience for their customers. We've grown quickly by becoming the end-to-end orchestration system for the fastest growing sales channel (B2B Cloud Marketplaces) leveraging AI and integrations with core systems.
Today, we're working ~300 amazing customers, ranging from enterprises like Snowflake, Workday, Intel to the top AI-native companies like the main AI labs, Decagon, Glean, etc.
Why this role?
We're moving fast and need someone who can roll up their sleeves across the GTM team. This isn't a "shadow and observe" internship - you'll own real projects that directly impact pipeline and revenue. If you want to learn what GTM actually looks like at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, this is it.
What You'll Own (for real)
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts - research target accounts, build contact lists, and help craft personalized outreach sequences
  • Assist in managing and tracking partnership activities, including cloud provider co-sell programs (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform GTM strategy and messaging
  • Help maintain and update CRM data (Salesforce) - account records, contact info, activity tracking
  • Assist with event coordination and logistics for field marketing activations and partner events
  • Create internal enablement content, one-pagers, or sales support materials as needed
  • Collaborate with the GTM and the Partnerships team on live deals and pipeline

You Should Have
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or recently graduated)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can write a crisp cold email and a clear Slack message
  • Naturally curious and research-driven, you dig in and figure things out
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast - this is a startup, not a structured rotation program
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise sales is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite, or Apollo is a bonus
  • AI-native mindset - you default to using AI tools to work smarter, not just faster

Why Join Us
  • Paid internship: $20-$25/hr (adjust based on experience)
  • Potential to convert to full-time for the right person
  • Competitive salary, comprehensive health insurance, monthly office stipends, meaningful equity plan, benefits, etc.
  • Our mission is to bring a consumer experience to B2B sales.
  • We are a team of ~60 people with hubs in SF and Vancouver.
  • Top-notch team - You'll work with an awesome bought-in team, who have both built large-scale enterprise SaaS products at top companies (e.g. Google, Meta, Salesforce, Confluent), and high-growth startups (e.g. Workstream, Motive, Square).
  • Well-funded/long runway
  • We are a fast-moving flat org and avoid hierarchical structures.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
