Job description

Suvi is looking for a Training & Field Support Specialist to work in New York, NY. The qualified Training & Field Support Specialists will enhance our client's workforce by creating comprehensive course materials for analytical applications, conduct training sessions in both virtual and traditional classroom settings, and provide ongoing end-user support. Your expertise in training and development will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and proficiency of our client's workforce. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! Responsibilities * Acquire a deep understanding and mastery of analytical applications to proficiently instruct end users on system functionalities.
* Create comprehensive training materials tailored for various courses, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge to participants.
* Provide frontline field support, including ad hoc training, troubleshooting, and critical incident assistance. * Undertake travel to deliver training sessions, adapting to diverse locations as needed.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and enhance training programs, actively participating in refining offerings to meet evolving needs. Qualifications * Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
* Experience in a technical support position or training in a Windows-based IT environment (3 years of experience is preferred). Full-time internships may count for this experience.
* A formal education in an IT subject, training, or education-related field is desired.
* Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology (2 years of experience preferred).
* Experience supporting IT training delivery and curriculum development for US Federal agencies or experience in an IT helpdesk/call center or similar work processes (1 year of experience preferred).
* Experience with Federal, State, or Local/Tribal Law Enforcement Agency operations (preferred).
* Experience with Intelligence Community Agencies and processes, including the Intelligence Cycle (preferred).
* Experience developing and delivering training to intelligence personnel focused on using systems and tools to support analytic workflows.
* Experience using analytic tools and databases to support intelligence analysis and production.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding customer service.
* Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to perform data analysis and presentation using Excel statistical methods, charts, and pivot tables.
* Must be comfortable and available for 25% travel.
Desired Qualifications: * Knowledge and experience in Intelligence Analytical tools to include experience in using the Analyst's Notebook and Palantir.
* Experience in delivering IT training in a classroom and virtual environment. * Experience developing and updating curriculum and lesson plans.
* Familiarity with the ADDIE process for effective instructional design, Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction.
