  • Durchführung von AI-Assessments und Entwicklung konkreter KI‑Roadmaps
  • Beratung zu Use Cases, Datenstrategien und organisatorischen Voraussetzungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung und Präsentation von Reports und Handlungsempfehlungen für Entscheider
  • Unterstützung bei Workshops, Schulungen und Pilotprojekten
  • Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern – von Fachbereich bis Management-Level
  • Begleitung von KI-Initiativen entlang des gesamten Projektzyklus
Was wir erwarten
  • Erfahrung in der Strategie-, Technologie- oder Managementberatung mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung oder KI
  • Solides Verständnis von LLMs, RAG, Automatisierung und Datenstrukturen
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Frameworks und Regularien (z.B. EU AI Act, DSGVO, ISO)
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich für Entscheider aufzubereiten
