Job description

We are seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent AI Agents using Microsoft’s AI ecosystem. The primary focus of this role is building production-ready Agentic AI solutions that can be integrated with enterprise applications and deployed for operational use.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing Agentic AI solutions using any AI platform, with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio experience being a major plus. You should be comfortable working across AI development, cloud technologies, enterprise data, and Microsoft platforms while continuously learning and adapting to emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows for enterprise and operational use cases.
  • Build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, or comparable Agentic AI platforms.
  • Develop integrations between AI Agents and Microsoft products, SharePoint, APIs, enterprise applications, and business workflows.
  • Use Azure as the primary cloud platform for developing and deploying AI solutions.
  • Leverage Databricks and SQL to access, transform, analyze, and utilize enterprise data within AI solutions.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, documentation, debugging, testing, and development productivity.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to validate Agent behavior, accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Work with development and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI Agent solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, and Microsoft AI technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve AI Agents based on testing results and real-world performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience developing Agentic AI / AI Agents using any AI platform or framework.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and tool/function calling.
  • Experience with Azure and cloud-based application development.
  • Good knowledge of Databricks and SQL.
  • Experience integrating applications or AI solutions with Microsoft products, SharePoint, APIs, or enterprise platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools to assist with software development and testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new AI platforms, frameworks, and technologies quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Experience building Agents within the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, or Microsoft Foundry.
  • Experience with RAG, vector databases, knowledge grounding, or enterprise search.
  • Experience developing production-grade AI solutions with appropriate security, governance, monitoring, and testing practices.
  • Experience integrating AI Agents with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Databricks, SQL databases, or REST APIs.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI/Agentic AI Developer who has already built AI Agents in a real-world environment and can adapt those skills to Microsoft’s ecosystem. You do not necessarily need prior Copilot Studio experience if you have strong Agentic AI development experience with another platform, but you should be comfortable learning new technologies quickly.
