Employment Type: Internship (Seasonal / Temporary)

Overview

The Tides Inn invites aspiring hospitality professionals to participate in an immersive internship experience within our premier waterfront resort. This program is thoughtfully designed to provide meaningful, hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality, where attention to detail, personalized service, and exceptional guest experiences define everything we do.

Interns will have the opportunity to refine their skills, gain valuable industry insight, and work alongside seasoned professionals dedicated to excellence. Opportunities are available for both focused departmental training and broader, cross-functional exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the daily operations of assigned department(s) with a focus on service excellence
  • Deliver thoughtful, anticipatory service in alignment with luxury hospitality standards
  • Support the execution of events, seasonal programming, and signature guest experiences
  • Learn and uphold the service philosophy and operational standards of a premier resort
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to excellence in all interactions
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Polished communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
