CCaaS Software Developer | Southlake, Texas, United States CCaaS Software Developer - Southlake, TX (W2) About the Role Join a dynamic Contact Center Technology team as a CCaaS Software Developer, where innovation meets impact. You'll architect, develop, and enhance cutting-edge solutions that empower contact center teams and business partners. Collaborate with forward-thinking professionals in a supportive and agile environment built for career growth and continuous learning. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain custom applications for contact center operations - Lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Architect, integrate, and deploy modern web and voice applications using Angular, JavaScript, and related technologies - Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating across cross-functional teams - Deliver third-tier support, technical documentation, and targeted training to internal teams - Work within Agile methodology to estimate, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features efficiently - Drive technology adoption by partnering with business and professional services teams - Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity while maintaining attention to detail and strategic alignment Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - 3-5 years of hands-on development experience in digital solutions - Proficiency with JavaScript, Angular framework, Python or Java - Experience building and maintaining web portals, dashboards, and custom applications - Knowledge of contact center platforms (e.g., CXOne, WFM, Nexidia), telecommunications, VoIP, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routers, proxies) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Skilled in creating technical documentation and delivering knowledge transfer Preferred Skills - Advanced Angular expertise - Experience with SQL, VB.NET, HTML/CSS, SDK & XML (SCXML/VXML) - Familiarity with IP telephony deployment across cloud and enterprise networks Benefits - Collaborative, innovative work culture with opportunities to lead projects and influence technology direction - Professional growth through cross-functional projects, training, and exposure to the latest CCaaS technologies - Flexible environment supporting work-life balance - Competitive compensation package How to Apply Ready to shape the future of contact center technology?
